I  personally liked windows 7 much more than windows 8, but I love the Start screen of Windows 8. So last night I got a software for this task. Just download it and experience the look of windows 8 in older version of windows like 7 & XP. WinMetro is a free application which will allow  you to have a look and feel of windows 8 start screen.
