Its a general problem that we make a Wi-Fi Hotspot for our friends so they can use our internet connection. but they start downloading something and after as result we cant even browse internet through that connection. but you can also not stop your friends.. You can disable internet access but in this Post i am showing you How you can give Limited Internet Speed to your friends.
So here is a solution you can use a Software name Net Limiter using this software you can give Limited Speed to your Friends.
